Shoe Pressure System

To replace conventional roller sytems or old shoe pressure systems Corr24 does offer the Powerline pressure system.
The Corr24 shoes do have a completely flat surface and are pressed against belt and board by the means of loaded springs.
The resulting area load results in an ideal and equal temperature transfer.
Especially when running double wall the middle bonding will be improved.

Each shoe bar is equipped with a pneumatic cylinder for which the pressure can be adjusted in a new visualization.
The outer shoes can be lifted separately to avoid the belt being pressed onto the hotplates on small widths.
Due to the separation of the bars and shoes there is the right amount of space to let moisture evaporate fromn the board.

The result is an improvement in the board qualita and board flatness.
