Hotplates

A lot of Double Backer are running with worn out hotplates which do not allow an ideal temperature transfer.
Mainly cast iron hotplates have been used which are inefficient and require a lot of time to change the temperature.

Nowadays we use thin-wall steel hotplates as they adapt very quick to the new set temperature.
Additionally they are much more effizient and provide an equal energy transfer.

Corr24 is able to supply gun-drilled steel hotpaltes which are also built into the fastest high-speed machines worldwide.
As an upgrade we are also able to just replace just some of the plate, depending on the need and budget.
